Love Over Distance

About Love Over Distance:
I am moving to Louisiana from Wisconsin in the middle of March (we're hoping for the 20th) and it's going to be a bit too much for us. We're working very hard to raise the funds, but many things in life have been taking priority making it harder for the move. If you know me, you probably know that I was in a wreck recently (not my fault). Getting the car fixed has been slow due to the many ice and snow storms Wisconsin has been having, and new expenses related to the move just keep popping up. We're looking at over $2,000 just in moving my stuff from here to there. That's not including the drive down there, Ray's plane ticket here (he's flying here to help with packing and driving down there), a place to stay for a night on the way there (2 day trip), boxes for the move, and a few other expenses. This all piled up on us and turned out to be a lot more than we thought. We would just wait another month or two, but unfortunately my two cats and I have to be out of the apartment by late mid March; so this has to happen before then. If we're lucky enough to have any funds left-over from the move, we will put it towards paying for our own house or apartment.

About Us:
If you're friends or family, you might know that Ray and I started dating about 8-9 months ago. He lives in Louisiana and I live in Wisconsin on the other side of the country. We've visited a few times, but are finally making the move and ending the distance. As funny as it might seem, we met through a community on YouTube (some of our YouTube friends know this) and have been friends for a few years now. We've been close friends for a long time and eventually found out we were just right for each other. We care deeply about each other and are both excited to start our new lives. If you're our YouTube friends, be prepared for many co-op streams in the future!
