Disabled Dispatcher Medical Help

Hi, my name is Alyxandrea. I'm a hospital telecommunucations dispatcher. A few years ago I was in an accident that gave me severe nerve damage to my neck and arms. I also have Ehlers-danlos syndrome and multifocal dystonia. I am in a lot of pain all the time. The treatments caused me to obtain a ridiculous amount of medical bills and health problems. I have to drive 250 miles one way to a specialist every month, and my medical bills are causing a lot of problems. I've begun filing medical bankruptcy but that only helps eliminate past debt, not getting me my care I need. I'm doing okay, though. Or I was. I'm trying really hard to keep working full time. I love my job and the people I help every day. I don't want to go on disability because right now I can still work. My parents are very poor, but they have been incredibly helpful and supportive. Today my car broke down. The engine is shot and I have 15 dollars to my name. I spent all of my birthday money from my grandmas getting it to the Mechanic and looked at. It was all I had.  I know it's a long shot on here, but I don't know what else to do. I need my treatments desperately, and I need to go to work. Any bit that you can spare would be greatly appreciated. I don't have anything to give in return but my gratitude. I feel really bad for asking, because I know there's so many people on here more worthy for help, but if someone could please send a little hope my way, too, I'm desperately running out of it. I don't want to lose everything again.
