Please Help Us Get Back on Our Feet

I am beyond sorry for having to do this, but as a chronically ill woman with no potential resources to her name and no way to support her family - I need help.
Firstly, my only source of income, my computer, has died on me.
It was already old and has finally failed (and the phone I'm using to write this is on its last leg and barely usable too), and I am devastated, as I had just begun a job (which requires a phone and computer) that had the potential to change everything for us.
Now, without these things, I can’t work, and unless I’m able to replace them I will lose the first opportunity I’ve had in 5 years to get my family out of the poverty we've been in after leaving an abusive relationship, and of my finally getting treatment for the chronic depression, crippling physical pain and severe anxiety and PTSD that have left me unable to work a normal job, and all but unable to live for half a decade.
We need your help.
I work online 100 or more hours per week to keep us going, and we were barely making ends meet as it was.
Now there is no way forward without a bit of help.
I have tried everything, and have nowhere else to go, and no one else for us to turn to for help.
If anyone could help at all, I would be beyond grateful as it is quite literally lifesaving.
In addition to the broken computer, this situation has left us without many basic needs or a safe roof over our heads.
Any assistance would go toward replacing the computer, as well as getting enough food, shelter and basic needs for us to get by long enough for me to be able to lift us up and to continue bettering myself through my new job, as well as physical therapy and mental health treatments for my chronic pain, depression, anxiety and PTSD.
Anyone helping will not just enable me to improve our current situation, but will also enable me to begin to actually feel human again, and begin really pursuing the dream of standing on my own two feet again.
