We’ve been building up The Bridge and The Slab DIY spots on a shoe string budget and our ideas are moving faster than the funds. We’re hoping to raise some cash for concrete to grow the flow at The Bridge and more permanent obstacles at The Slab, the more we get the more we build.

Atco is done tearing up The Bridge for their pipeline and the City has expressed no interest in shutting either spot down so 2018 is the year to get building. Whether you’ve got a lot or a little we’d love to have your support, 5 bucks is good for a bag of quickcrete!

If you’ve got time, tools or materials and want to help out follow @thediyyc on instagram for updates on builds and come down and lend a hand. Cinder blocks, rebar, 2x4’s and plywood are all welcome to be left at The Bridge (neatly please) at any time.
