On Tuesday, August 25th at approximately 9:30pm Professional Protection Officer Keith Cox was gunned down while on duty at the Martin Luther King MetroRail Station in Liberty City (Miami), FL.
Keith served 8 years in the Air Force from 1984-1992 based in the United Kingdom , Spain and Desert Storm where he became a disabled veteran.
Keith had been a security professional since 2002 and joined 50 State Security in 2011. He received many awards and recognitions throughout his military and professional career.
We are all better people for having Keith on our 50 State team and want to make sure we continue the performance he exemplified. He will be greatly missed.
