Help me fund my Top Surgery

Hey, my name is Adrian. I'm a trans man trying to get by yet still trying to save up for top surgery. It's rough since I work retail and it's really expensive living in today's world. I've been transitioning for most of my life, starting with the basics of "not dressing like a girl" to the more recent legal change of my name and gender marker on my driver's license. I've been on HRT for almost 4 years now and I'd really like to get top surgery done before 2 years is up. When I turn 27 my insurance that I get through my father, will run out. It's a really good insurance company for trans individuals and it would cover half the cost of my top surgery. Unfortunately however, the surgeon that I want to go to will no longer accept my insurance by November of this year. I really want to get this done with Dr. Sassani. I have tried to get loans and credit is not an option. The estimate with insurance that they gave me was a little over $5000 which is considerably cheaper than without ($10000). On top of that theres the downpayment of $500, hotel fees to stay the night closer to Dr.Sassani's office and of course travel fees. Anything raised above will be used towards monthly bills since I will be out of work for more than a week. Anything raised more than that (though I will be absolutely FLOORED if it gets to that!!!) will be used for other medical issues that need tending to.
