Do It For Mommom

A MESSAGE FROM TJ; THERESA'S GRANDSON & "CHAMPION":  As many of you already know, my grandmother, Theresa LaBarck has been living with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) for many years. As many of you may not know, the time has come to act- and act fast. Mommom is officially in renal failure, and #PKD is shutting down her kidneys. Very soon, she will require Dialysis or a kidney transplant to survive. She has officially begun the process of transplant testing at St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, NJ. Our hope, as a family, is to find Mommom a living donor- and give her the gift of life. 

A transplant from a living donor would mean that Mommom wouldn’t have to wait years for a transplant- or spend the rest of her life on dialysis, where machines would clean her blood. We are putting our hearts in our hands and asking for your help.
