Don & Sue's Medical Bills

Hi Friends & Family!  As most of you know, my Mom has been battling cancer since 2 months after her 1st Husband (my Dad) passed away. She has been fighting for 17 years and her fight continues.  She had to take an early retirement a few years ago when the cancer went to her brain.   Thankfully it isn't in her brain anymore, but she continues treatments for cancer in other places and continues her Lupus battle as well.  She found out a few days ago that she has 3 new tumors on her spine. That is why she is in so much pain. What most of you don't know, is that Don had a seizure while at work on Monday.  He was hospitalized for 2 nights and was able to return home today.  Today is his Birthday! :-)  We are Thankful that Don is  home.  Since the EEG showed seizure activity, Don will not be able to drive for at least 6 months.  He has had 2-3 jobs for as long as I can remember to pay for Mom's medical bills.  Since he can't drive, he had to take a leave of absence from his part-time job, for at least 6 months, since he drives a fork lift there.  His new seizure med is making him very tired.  It is unknown how long he will be off work from his full time job.  The place he works full time does not offer short term disability insurance.  I know God will provide for them, but the unknown can be very scary when one is going thru it.  Please consider donating to help offset the cost of both of their medical bills, and the loss of income.  If you are unable to donate financially, please continue to keep our Family in your prayers.  Life is tough, but God is Faithful! :-)  God Bless You All! :-)
