Donations for Retired Fire Captain Johnnie Martin

Recently , Retired DeKalb Fire Captain and Roswell , Ga Firefighter Johnnie Martin was diagnosed with Devics Disease . He has severe paralysis in his lower extremities which will not come back . He is in need of some things that will assist him in this new Avenue.  Wheelchair Ramp , Wheelchair amongst other things that they may need . Johnnie has been a public servant for over 3 decades and has been a brother to all . He needs us . Please help where you can . Thank you
