DONNA LEONARD

For those of you who don’t know, my Mom, Donna Leonard, has unexpectedly been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer.  Her doctors are believing in a positive outcome with treatments of chemotherapy and radiation.


She has started radiation that will continue 5 days a week for 6 weeks, and will have two rounds of chemo therapy.  Which so far she has completed one. She has received her port placement for the chemo, where they will hook up a chemo bag that will stay in for a week per treatment. She has already had many symptoms that come along with the treatment, such as severe nausea, mouth sores, ect. Which she needs specific medications to help her cope with the side effects. 


With a high deductible my parents will need help with medical bills, specific foods, and anything else my Mom or Dad may need. This has been and will be a journey. We are praying for strength and for healing for my Mom, and we know God is with us every step of the way!
