Tori's Journey to Disney

This is my son Tori Clark he has Duchennes Muscular Dystryophy. A terminal illness that has already taken the life of his brother. He is 21 yrs. old and wants to go to Disney World. His father and I don't have the funds to take him and we could use some help. He has to wear a bipap machine to help him breathe and oxygen. We have almost lost him a few times. I would love to make his dream come true. Please help us out!
