Greyson

Greyson is the most hilarious, sweetest, exuberant six years old you can meet and he has been diagnosed with secondary HLH. HLH stands for hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, and they've yet to find the trigger for his. So far his body has had an auto-immune attack on his liver and bone marrow, he has been given enough steroids for a horse to try and slow down this inflammatory response to the unknown trigger, and most recently was admitted to the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit to be given a drug called ATG (Anti-thymocyte globulin) to kill off his T-cells as another resort. He has a long road ahead of him full of tests and potentially more treatments. He has a high possibility of relapse without knowing his trigger. He faces more ATG, in conjunction with chemo if the results of this recent transfusion don't last. He may also be looking at a bone marrow transplant. He is home for now, PICC line in his arm. He misses his friends and teachers at school, and misses his dogs who are a huge source of happiness to him. He has had to move since this all started weeks ago. Any contribution would help Greyson to be re-united with his dogs, and help his Mommy and Daddy to be able to spend more quality time with him. Thoughts and prayers are much appreciated as well.
