Edge of Nowhere Art Museum
Donation protected
The EON museum of art has been in the planning stages for a long time, and rural New Mexico is a perfect place for it. The landscape is beautiful and the state has a rich history of artists and artisans.
The land has been purchased and the art is stored and catalogued, but in order to open the “Edge of Nowhere Art Museum” to the public a few more things are needed, starting with a used shipping container or similar portable or actual building. Other necessities might include wiring and drywall, and certainly some track lighting, a cooler for summer and a heater for winter.
Imagine being like Dorothy, coming out of the sepia toned desert into a world of technicolor artistry!

Donations of money are a great help, and donations of any of the things I’ve listed above or things like electrical expertise, insulation, or general labor would also be incredible. Of course you could always just purchase some artwork in order to help the project along.
Selections of my work can be seen at http://www.LauraWacha.com or on Facebook or Instagram @LauraWachaArt.
I so appreciate your support, be it constructive criticism, the sharing of digital images, or chipping in a few bucks toward my dream.
Thank you!
