Efrain De la Rosa's Funeral Expense

My brother Efrain De la Rosa died under ICE custody on July 10th at the Stewart Detention Center. He required medical attention that we have reason to believe he did not receive. We are asking for your help to transport his body back to Puebla, Mexico so that my family will have a final goodbye. His death is still under investigation and all we want is justice. I currently do not have the funds to pay for this unexpected and tragic expense.

Mi hermano Efraín De la Rosa murió bajo custodia de ICE el 10 de julio en el Centro de Detención Stewart. Requirió atención médica que tenemos razones para creer que no recibió. Estamos pidiendo su ayuda para transportar su cuerpo a Puebla, México, para que mi familia tenga un último adiós. Su muerte aún está bajo investigación y todo lo que queremos es justicia. Actualmente no tengo los fondos para pagar este gasto inesperado y trágico.
