Emergency orchiectomy (mtf; trans)

Hello my name is Lily and I am male-to-female transgender. I got bad news that my testosterone was at 148 ng/dL (way too high; 3x more than last year; I've been on HRT for 4+ years). I need help affording emergency orchiectomy to prevent myself from masculinizing. Masculinizing would cause me to kill myself, I simply could not live. I also am between jobs and need money to pay for rent, food, moving costs, transportation.
