Project Endure, Run from LA to Sac
Donation protected
About Project Endure:
Beginning Sunday November 27, 2016, Police Officers Joe Cirrito and Kristina Tudor will embark on a historic 12 day run from Los Angeles to the State Capital in Sacramento. They will be running in their full Class-A police uniforms.
They will be dedicating their run and raising funds for those police officers who have given the ultimate sacrifice. Funds raised will be donated to C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors), and the Los Angeles Police Memorial Foundation.
"Project Endure" is an entirely volunteer-based and mission driven project, organized and supported by the 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization, Bluecoat Music, Inc. Proceeds from the run will help to ensure the safety of both officers during the course of this run. This includes keeping the runners healthy, hydrated, and well rested.
Joe Cirrito and Kristina Tudor will be completing this 12 day run during their off-duty days. Additionally, our team of 26+ volunteers are also working on their off-duty days to support this endeavor. Project Endure is entirely volunteer-based, which means the funding for a safe and successful logistical plan is paramount.
About Bluecoat Music, Inc.:
Bluecoat Music, Inc. is a newly formed 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of fallen officers and to support the families they leave behind. Our members are all full-time police officers who work diligently on off-duty time to support this shard mission.
Message from Bluecoat Music INC President, Christopher Jongsomjit:
You may be asking yourself, "So why, 'Bluecoat'? And what's with the 'Music'?" Well, as the founder of Bluecoat Music Inc, I wanted to support families of officers killed in the line-of-duty. Being a musician, coupled with a fervent belief that music has undeniable healing power for the soul, I wanted to bring awareness to the desensitization of fallen officers by way of music. My organization looks to raise support for this cause through various musically themed fundraisers such as live charity concerts, music labs for children, and other music related events.
You will see hints and nuances of live music throughout Project Endure. We will never forget, and we will continue to remain empowered by our mantra, "Remembering and Honoring Through the Power of Music."
