Indigenous Life School Fundraiser

Indigenous Life School: Land Based Experiential Learning, is a grassroots homeschooling program designed and developed by Indigenous families living traditionally. 

Our goal is to raise awareness and funding to support our families in educating our children according to our own beliefs, values, and cultures--on our traditional territories. 

The curriculum is based on the seasonal rounds. Each family is supported in the development and delivery of land based learning activities according to the season. Integral to this system of education are the seasonal gatherings, at which time families skill share, practice food soverignty and sustainability, and develop learning activities to suit their family's needs. 

The Indigenous Life School strives to increase our ablity to support more families in health and wellness according to our own cultures and is proud to include families from First Nations across so called BC and Canada, and is now growing internationally.  All of the families are practicing self-sustainability, yet require your help to gather together and grow support for the future of our children and nations.  Again, this is a grassroots initiative designed and developed by Indigenous families.
