Opal's medical bills

Our good friends, Jason and Melinda Deckman, have a furry member of their family who was bitten by a snake and has incurred a couple thousand dollars in medical bills as a result.
Opal is a year old cat the Deckmans adopted last October from the Bell County Animal Shelter. Jason says shes's a sweet cat. Not a snobby one. She's the kind of fuzzy lover who will run up to you in the backyard and say, "Mmmmmrrrrrah," when you lean down and scratch her back. Coincidently, Jason does the same thing! Her best friend is Chuck, the Hobo Cat, who has his own Facebook fan page.
Opal and her family realize you have bills and hobbies and a trillion other ways to spend your hard-earned dollars, but as a friend of the family, I petition you for a little cash as we nurse Opal back to health and get her home with her family soon.
Some of us know that furry children can become important parts of our lives. Let's help this family bounce back from this set-back!
