Support for Eli

I am a single parent of 5. I'm not one to ask for help but in this situation I have to do what is best for my kids and put my pride to the side. This is my 2 year old son Eli. On August 14,2017 Eli was playing with his siblings he had fell and his brother fell on top of him causing to break his femur. He had to have surgery August 15,2017 to put pins in and a Spica cast on. The cast will be on 6 to 8 weeks then he will begin physical therapy. Due to Eli needing full time care and assistance I can't leave his side so I have been out of work since this accident. I am seeking help for everyday living expense ,copayments and physical therapy til I'm able to return work.
