Esquimalt Apartment Fire

ESQUIMALT CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE is the local church and emergency response centre close to 843 Craigflower Road, the apartment building that caught fire yesterday afternoon (Sunday 7, April) at around 3.45 pm. Many of the families, up to 120 people, who were evacuated, are without content insurance and lost everything, either to fire, smoke, or water damage. They are also, for the time being, homeless.

We are attempting to raise a modest amount, approximately $2000 per family to ease the pain of loss. Any donation is greatly appreciated, will be tax receipted, and all monies will be forwarded to victims of this tragic incident. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
