Joshua's Medial Bills

Update: We are continuing to help Josh and his family with their medical bills as he and Alicia are still in the recovery phase with additional medical procedures and care. While Josh has been released from urgent care, he will have to see specialists to continue his recovery. We started this GoFundMe page to support with his medical bills that are overwhelming his family. We'd like to continue to offer this opportunity to help Josh and his family with some financial support. All money will go to paying off any hospital bill that has accrued along with any medical bills that are continuing to come in as a result of the recent issues he's experienced.

Background: The Butler family was victim to a home invasion incident that left Josh in the hospital with severe, life-threatening injuries. Both he and Alicia survived the incident, but the injuries Josh sustained placed him in the hospital. His injuries are still causing complications which are forcing him to see specialists and further medical treatment to address. Luckily, their three-year-old son was asleep during the entirety of the attack and was not involved in any way. The costs are adding up, and because of the unique circumstances, they are finding it very hard to find restitution to help pay for medical bills. They will likely not recover any monies from the assailants.
