Brief Story: My cat took a fall from our 4th floor apartment leaving her in really badly injured state. I was informed of massive vet bills an amputation was cheapest case scenario and pressed with a short time to think of a decision (one hour). Giving up, I surrendered her under the impression the bills were too high and she would be put out of pain and suffering and be put down. Those were my wishes and that's what I did.
A month later I get a call inquiring if Missy was spayed or not... to which I responded in pure confusion "my cats still alive!?" Shocked I asked more turns out she recovered well and has her leg still!! but that she was abut ready to go to a new home. I was instantly not okay with this, I wanted to bring her home.
I took this as a very strange second chance but in order to save her we are faced with a $3,000 vet bill plus the check ups here after but this was actually the city cost price I was looking at a $5,900 bill out of my pocket so I took this opportunity and will raise this money. Please if you can donate I wasn't ready to lose her and I am going to fight to get her home. Anything helps! I am so grateful to get to hug her again soon.
Many Blessings Everyone! <3
