Baby George's Heart Surgery and Hospital Expenses

This is my nephew from the Philippines. He was born May 10, 2020. He was diagnose the next day May 11, 2020 with TAPVR ( Total Anomalous Pulmonary  Venous) Return is a birth defect of the heart. In a baby with TAPVR, oxygen-rich blood does not return from the lungs to the left atrium. Instead, the oxygen-rich blood returns to the right side of the heart. Here, oxygen-rich blood mixes with oxygen-poor blood. This causes the baby to get less oxygen than is needed to the body) Please help my baby nephew get his surgery. In the mean time they are still waiting in the hospital to obtain enough money so they can transfer him to the Heart Center. They needed an enormous amount of money. We don't know where to get that kind of money.So here I am asking everyone to help us get that money.
