1 Year of Video-Club and food for street children: 2nd year

Hi,

Last year, Michaël launched an increadible project and thanks to all of you it helped to bring out a lot of children from the streets !!!

After such success, we could not stop the project and let them down. So together with you, we will succeed in helping more children the upcoming year.

This ONG AGOPODE acts to change the way Togolese society views vulnerable populations. More specifically, Agopode accompanies street children by providing them food and education.

In February 2024 we offered this ONG a video-projector and a DVD player. Moreover, a lot of movie DVDs were also gifted by friends of the ONG. We organized a first video-club event with the projection of Happy Feet accompanied by a big meal for the children and followed by a party.

It was amazing how this evening allowed the children to have a moment of peace and joy.It also helped Agopode to be in contact with more street children and to offer them a security zone.

Cinema is the perfect tool !

Our goal is to offer them such an evening once a month for at least 1 year!

Each evening cost about 180 euros, including food and popcorn for every one.

We need your help to offer them lots of movie nights parties !

If we get more funds, we can organise more evenings but also help Agopode to buy additional educational tools.
