10 Year Old Traumatised

Hi, My name is Kirsty. I'm trying to raise funds for my friend's 10 year old who suffered major trauma in 2023 when he was attacked and mugged by a couple of teen boys.

He is the most kind, caring, lovely boy and had really suffered since this attack. He completely lost his confidence in having any independence as he had only just started going out with his friends and then this happened. He has since suffered with severe stress and anxiety to the point he has been getting rashes all over his body and losing patches on hair. He even felt unsafe in his own room and felt the need to sleep back in his parents room.

He has been let down by the police and the justice system denying him any compensation and I would like to try and raise some money to be able to get him the help he needs, including therapy to work through his trauma and also for his family to be able to take him on special days out and try to help him move on. It's been almost a year since it's happened and he hasn't managed to heal and we just want the happy, life loving boy back.

Anything people can help with would be greatly appreciated.
