1,000,000 kn95 masks to Indianapolis hospitals
Indianapolis’s front line nurses and doctors are being dangerously exposed to COVID-19 with many nurses limited to 1 hospital mask per day and even some considering buying $14 home made masks.
Why can’t hospitals provide their own masks?
We’ve exhausted the world’s supply of NIOSH certified 3M and Honeywell masks - which is typically what hospitals buy. The US supply chain has been exhausted and hospitals, police and senior communities are typically not setup to procure masks from overseas sources (especially China).
In an effort to bring masks from overseas, I have decided to donate the VendorJump team’s quality control and sourcing capabilities and up to $3,000 cash.
Thanks to the generous donations of Launch Fishers, Heartland Church, Traders Point, and many tech entrepreneurs in the Indianapolis community, we have currently raised over $315,000.
These masks will be donated directly to the Indianapolis hospitals, first responders, and senior care facilities that are most in need.
