10k in support of Solas Cancer Support Centre

Hello,

My name is Ryan Deery, I am running in the 10k event held by the solas cancer support centre. I myself, have received tremendous help from solas. Their work is so helpful to those who have had or are still suffering with cancer. They provide counselling for patients as well as families who are effected by the cancer journey. Solas has group therapy, reflexology therapy, mediation, yoga and much more.

The event is on Sunday 15th of October come along to cheer us on and help Solas keep doing what they do!
