12 HOUR DANCEATHON 2025

At Derbyshire Academy of Performing Arts we aim to make performing arts as inclusive as possible for everyone. No matter where you live, where you come from, anyone can come and join in on our most important exciting events. The main one being our annual show.

To ensure everyone can take part, as shows can be an expensive yet unforgettable experience, we raise our money by doing a 12 hour danceathon.

To see all those children flourish and grow in their confidence by being able to take part in something like a show would mean everything. This is such a wonderful opportunity for them to feel fabulous and unstoppable and most importantly, part of the team and dance family.
