13 year old Ricky pulled from Prospect Park Lake

Hi, my name is Sergo, this fundraiser is for my 13-year-old son Rikeverns ("Ricky") Joassaint. On June 13, 2023, I received the most devastating news while at work. Ricky was in the emergency room with life-threatening injuries. A brief background of my son Ricky. He is a hard-working student in middle school. He loves basketball, soccer, music and playing video games with his 16-year-old brother. Two of Ricky's favorite colors are blue and red. His favorite basketball players are Stephen Curry, Michael Jordan and Lebron James.

Since the incident at Prospect Park Lake in New York, Ricky is fighting for his life. My son is currently in a coma. I am praying that he will open his eyes and regain consciousness. My heart is broken and torn to pieces. Our family needs help to continue supporting Ricky's medical bills. We are asking for help in any way that you can. Update: It is with deep sorrow and sadness that I announce the passing of Ricky. Ricky passed away on 7/5/23. He fought and held on until we were able to bring his mom from the Caribbean to come to his bedside. His mom was able to spend 1.5 days with him at the bedside, before Ricky became an Angel of God.
