14th Annual Karl Jackson Back 2 School Jam

Tax deductible
Want to join me in making a difference in the educational experience of more than 300 school-aged youth on the south side of Chicago?

You can by donating today to support our 14 Annual Karl Jackson Back 2 School Jam on August 20th, 2022, hosted by the Youth Leaders of our organization, the Kenwood Oakland Community Organization, also well known as KOCO.

Named to honor Karl Jackson, who was taken away from us by cancer at the tender age of 14, our Back 2 School Jam celebrates his life and commitment as a young servant leader to providing our youth with the resources, and safe and nurturing spaces they need and deserve to succeed in school and in life.

To ensure the success of our Back 2 School Jam, we need to raise $5,000. Today, we are asking you to consider a minimum donation of $25.00 or the best gift you can to help us purchase the
needed:
* School Supplies - backpacks, paper, pencils, pens, folders, crayons, glue, and other
school basics
* Food - hot dogs, hamburgers, buns, chips, juice boxes, condiments
* Entertainment, including a Dunk Tank, Bounce House, clowns, sound equipment, tables,
and chairs
* Prizes - toys, hats, pens, and other fun prizes

If you would like to donate any of these items, feel free to call us at: [phone redacted] or Email: [email redacted]

We know that education is the single most disruptor of poverty. With your support, KOCO will put on an empowering, fun, and safe event to provide our school-aged youth and their families with the needed supplies to ready them to do their best in school.

Thank you in advance for responding favorably to our request with your best donation today! We hope that you will also share our request with your network of friends.
