LGC 14U Longhorns - Pop Warner Super Bowl in FL!

Want to join us in making a difference? We're raising money to benefit Pop Warner Little Scholars Inc (Los Gatos-Campbell Pop Warner), and any donation will help make an impact.

Our 14U Longhorns South team started the season with a 1-3 record – they faced teams who had been playing tackle football together for years, whereas our young men had less than half of our players who had played tackle. The 14U Longhorns South were known as an "underdog" in Bay Area Pop Warner, but they battled against teams who were twice their size! After countless practices, plus a lot of hard work and determination, these boys rallied and grew as a family.

Fortunately, the Longhorns’ season turned around midway through the season, eventually winning the Bay Area Championship and, most recently, the Pacific Northwest Championship game in Reno, NV on November 19th. With less than 2 weeks away from the Pop Warner Super Bowl, we are looking to raise funds to send the players to Orlando in early December. Your donations will help with players’ flights and hotel expenses – some players could really use the support to afford this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

1. Meredith Manchack Hall is a parent of the one of the Longhorn players and working on behalf of the team to post the GFM and collect funds for the team.

2. Our raised funds will be provided to the LGC treasurer to put in the league bank account and distribute to the families of the 14U LGC players going to the Super Bowl.

3. Given the short timeline of our fundraiser, these will reimburse parents for monies spent on players' flights and Universal hotel packages in Florida.
