15 week old puppy needing surgery!

my name is Emily and I’m fundraising for a beautiful 15 week old female shepherd mix puppy in a crowded shelter with two broken rear legs. She needs to be rescued ASAP due to shelter being overcrowded and her having no rescue interest! We are willing and ready to pull her but need him with her surgical expenses!!
