16 year old dog to help towards euthanasia

Hi my names is Stacey and I'm fundraising to get money to help for having my 16 year old dog Zebadee who is ending towards his life and I can't afford to have him put to sleep and cremated. I have had Zebadee since he was 7 weeks old. He's been with me through so much over the last 16 years and I honestly wouldn't still be here if it wasn't for him. He has been my rock, my best friend. And as much I don't want him to leave me, I know I have to do what right for him. Any help would mean the world to me
