19 Normal Brewing start up

Hi, my name is Ryan Pappas. I have been an avid homebrewer since January 2008. To say that I am passionate about brewing beer would be an understatement. After honing my skills for over more than a decade I decided to submit some of my beers into competition. In two years I have won two gold medals and one silver at the michigan beer cup ( the largest homebrewing competition in the state). I started as many brewers do with a pot on a stove, to a single tier three burner system, to now a much more advanced electric brewing system. I have brewed in commercial breweries many times with professional brewmasters. I am looking to take my passion and skills to the next level and get my brewery off the ground. I have hopes off starting a brewery in the southeast michigan area where I currently live. Any help would be appreciated more than you can possibly imagine. - Ryan Pappas
