Hey all, we are fundraising for the Hammaker family. Leah,12 yrs old, was diagnosed with Leukemia on last Saturday. She has already been through multiple Chemo treatments. We are hoping that she can finally come home on Sunday. She has a nine month journey ahead of her, consisting of treatments once a week. No school or athletics for nine months or remission.
She plays Select Fastpitch Softball for the Cannons. She also plays basketball for Bradford. She is a sweet, athletic, fun loving kid.
We are raising money to help with the impending medical bills, gas for the transport back and forth to the hospital and any medications that may be needed along the way.
We are praying for a speedy and safe recovery for the young lady! Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers.
