The Edward Lara Family Foundation

Hello everyone. I made this page to help raise money for my aunt & uncle, Jacqueline & Edward Lara. In September of 2012, my Uncle Ed was diagnosed with Stage 4 Glioblastoma Brain Cancer. As they continue  to fight this battle, I'm asking for any support or donations to help them during this difficult time. We had a successful benefit for them on April 6th and because of the money raised, Jackie will now be able to afford home health care to help her with Ed's around the clock care and not have to worry about the everyday bills for now. The medical bills associated with this unfortunate circumstance are nearing SIX FIGURES, and although we were successful and the money raised is going to help TREMENDOUSLY, sadly it will not put a chip into the medical bills.  Many of you have helped already, and we are so THANKFUL, but if you are able to help these wonderful people, please try.  Thank You for supporting my family and for your donation if you choose to give.
