Help Tim Beat Flesh-Eating Bacteria

I am Timothy Henley, Husband, Father, Talented Chef, Main Financial Family Supporter, and Friend or Family to most who will read this. Many of you know me personally and know me well. I love my family and friends with all my heart. I also love to make people happy with food and my abilities as a chef. Recently, some difficult times have brought me here to ask for your help. After an injury to my shoulder in February, I was forced to call an ambulance.in early March as it became clear something was very wrong. I was diagnosed with a pulled muscle near my scapula in my shoulder. Later it was found to be an infection, but no ordinary infection, necrotizing fasciitis, or flesh-eating bacteria ! All the ti.e I thought I was healing from a pulled muscle, the bacteria was actually eating away at the muscle tissue in my shoulder. The picture here is just after I awoke from surgery to clear out the bacteria and the damaged tissue. The wound is about 3" deep, 8" tall, and 6" wide. I was hospitalized for several weeks. During antibiotic treatment, the infection spread to my right eye causing blindness, mu lungs and, my heart, the harsh antibiotics and sepsis also caused renal failure, or my kidneys to fail in other words. As the infection in my blood was finally gone, I was allowed to return home. At home I am equipped with a wound-vac to keep the infection sterile and unable to return as well as to help healing with negative pressure. I also self-administer IV antibiotics through a PIC Line and medicate many time a day with the help of my wife Amber who is a nurse. I have doctors appointments every day except sundays and am getting medical transportation to help with that as I am unable to drive and my wife's car is in desperate need of transmissions repairs. I am not out of the woods yet. I am returning for another surgery this Thursday, and fighting for my life daily. For those who know me well, I have been the major financial support for my family for many years. This has left me unable to work at all and will likely leave me permanently disabled, and possibly permanently blind. I am trying to get some income from disability, but it is likely to take many months. Please, if you are able to help financially we are already over a month behind in bills. We are the type of people who love to help others and have e done so regularly over our 13 years together.
