New Ramen Shop

New Ramen Shop to hit Downtown Flint. I'm a recent culinary arts graduate gaining recognition in the city and demands are increasing dramatically. I own a small business and I'd love to be able to meet them! If awarded this money I plan to buy a food truck to be able to deliver Ramen to the city's residents. Also, my Ramen is sourced from local Farmers and made COMPLETLEY from scratch. That includes the noodles as well as the broth. From booked events and entrepreneurial collaborations I could really use the truck to help raise money to further invest in more equipment and from there a restaurant!
