Assist in transition from working to

Well,about the first of February, my boss called an ambulance to come pick me up. I was taken to Hendricks in Abilene where I was told my condition was beyond their ability. I had to wait for a doctor to take on my condition, one was found in the metroplex,, so I got a nice 3 hour ambulance ride to Dallas. I was diagnosed with a Mucor fungal infection in my right sinus with uncontrolled diabetes feeding it. I was put on a very expensive anti-fungal and had three surgeries. The nerve controlling the right side of my face is damaged, not allowing me to open my right eye. My mouth is compromised as you can tell from the photo, if I take too big a bite of food or too big a swallow of drink, half of it leaks out the right side of my mouth. I have lost a LOT of weight, mostly muscle, and most of my strength. I fall easily, and am permanently on a walker or wheel chair. My balance is compromised, to the point of being a severe fall risk. It looks disability from hereon out. My benefits are set to runout the end of this month. My last employ date is the 15th. Then I will have to wait 6 months for Social Security Disability Income! Not sure on Medicare or Medicaid. The anti-fungal I am told is 2000 dollars a day, plus, equipment and supplies to control the diabetes. I may have to go 6 month trying to foot that bill on my own? Or at least pay for insurance to continue. Plus, I am being hosted by a friend on Oklahoma,and should contribute as I can. This is why, following the advice of someone who has been down this road, I set the goal as high as I did. Any help along the way would be most appreciated. May the Holy One Blessed be He bless for all eternity those who share in my need.
