Keith Berry Memorial Fund

I am here on behalf of my dear friend, Courtney Wirt, her sister Susan Wray, and her parents, Keith and Jackie Berry. Keith earned his angel wings on May 1st, 2019, and I do mean earned. He was one of the hardest working men I’ve ever known, and still worked daily as recently as his 90th birthday in Feb. Unfortunately, bladder cancer, diagnosed years ago, ravaged through his body and spine, to the point he was no longer able to stand and walk, let alone work and provide for Jackie. He was also her primary caretaker (a job he took great pride in) as she, 92, and his bride of 69 years, has early dementia.As determined as he was while still in the hospital, he insisted if we put him in the driver’s seat of his van, he could still drive. Now that, in addition to his already questionable driving, was a SCARY thought!Courtney, out of the greatness of her heart, took both her parents into her home in Feb, and made sure they had the most comfortable living arrangements possible, with doting caretakers (she, her amazing husband, Russell, and their 2 grown sons). Courtney continues to work full-time as a Special-Ed teacher, and I don’t know how she does it all! She is a true blessing to her family, and all who are lucky enough to know her.Now, we need your help. Jackie, and her family, have been left with mounting medical bills and expenses. We ask for any contribution, large or small, to be given to this fund in lieu of memorial service flowers. This would mean more to she and her family than you will ever know.
