Florida SAVEAFOX Rescue
Donation protected
My name is Mikayla Raines and I am the founder of Non-profit organization SAVEAFOX CORPORATION which currently resides in Faribault Minnesota. Recently, I visited Florida with our gray kit Batty-Artemis and his sister, who was being adopted by a family there. During my stay, I met with some of SaveAFox’s donors, and went to view several different real estate properties. So, I am excited to announce that we are going to be opening a second SaveAFox Rescue! Thanks to a private donor helping us secure a property, we are now able to start developing the physical “SaveAFox South” rescue. As many of you know, SaveAFox Rescue here in Minnesota is at full legal capacity. We rescue foxes at a faster rate than we can safely re-home them, so saving more foxes comes to a halt when the rescue is at max capacity. Point blank, we are forced to deny foxes a home here, because we do not legally have space for them, but the Florida SaveAFox location will alleviate much of that. Added bonus: we will be able to rescue a wider variety, such as the fennec/desert fox species that our bitter Minnesota cold climate does not allow! This plan for the Florida location has been in process for months now, and finally, we are at the point where it is time to raise funds in order to proceed. We need to raise at least $30,000 to move forward with physically turning land into the rescue property. If each of you could spare just ONE dollar, we will reach our goal in no time! All funds raised goes directly to Saveafox Rescue and the start up of our second location! Thank you, thank you, to each of you who make this second rescue possible!
