Angel Fund “So all kids can eat”

The Angel Fund is a program that helps feed Sparta Area School District students. It was created to help offset the cost of school lunches for families that cannot afford it or that have a negative balance. This program was created by a Sparta local named John Harrison who unfortunately and suddenly passed away June 7th, 2019. His passion for feeding children started early and burned deep within him due to his own childhood. His stories of the missed meals and physical pain would bring me to tears. No one should ever have to suffer that pain or worry about where their next meal will come from and especially as a child. That was his life’s passion to remove that worry from any and all children.

So now in his honor we would like to carry on his legacy by keeping the Angel Fund going and hopefully thriving. We ask that you please help us by donating what you’re able to help with his goal.
