Greetings to all,
My name is Kyla Cole and I am an upcoming sophomore at Millsaps College. I am looking to raise money for my education so that I will not fall short again.
Accumulating these funds will assist in me being comfortable during school without lacking in my studies. There were multiple nights where I could not study because I was so frustrated on how I would make my next payment for school. It is much harder when you are supporting yourself, financially, and being a low-income student. Many people do not understand what it like to ALWAYS do for yourself and some have never been on the other end of the stick because they have so much SUPPORT !
-Millsaps College is a place where I can follow my dream of becoming a lawyer, while also learning about topics that can benefit my adult life. I chose this college because they were the ONLY school that had my heart and made me feel like I was FAMILY. It would be easy to give up and leave , but I know that all you need is the faith of a MUSTARD SEED and things will get done ! Not only am I aiming to FLIP THE M at Millsaps , but I am also seeking to FLIP the narrative of students from the MISSISSIPPI DELTA ....
