Help Lay Baby Jodie Ramos To Rest
Donation protected
Baby Jodie Ramos was born at 24 weeks (6 months) on May 18, 2019. Weighing 1lb 6oz 11.22 in long. As soon as he was born he had to be intubated and on a breathing machine he also had a feeding tube placed in his nose immediately due to him being a micro preemie. On July 18, 2019 Baby Jodie got an infection, he was placed on medication. He previously had this infection but overcame the infection with the medication. A few weeks later he had the same issue, he wasn't urinating, he wasn't responding to the medication they were giving him to help him urinate. His potassium levels were too high in his tiny little body causing him not to urinate. Due to the levels being so high it started to affect his heart. He started to show signs of arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats). It got worse throughout the night and following the next day July 19, 2019. His heart would drop in rate then come back up. He fought so hard he wanted to survive. Eventually with everything the Doctors tried, it didn't work he had to rest my boy fight so hard, he was so tired. He was just a baby! He fought so so hard all night and day long. When his heart stopped I was holding his tiny little hand. They took off his breathing tube and leads as Jasmin held his lifeless body. No breathing tube, no heartbeat. Our baby Jodie Ramos passed away. All he had to do was urinate and his potassium levels would've came down, but his kidneys were very immature. Our baby boy Jodie was suppose to live we were suppose to bring him home. Watch him grow up teach him new things. Make more memories. Our baby went from 1lb 6oz to 3lb 10oz. He grew so fast in 2 months. He loved us reading to him, holding him, caressing him. Hearing new voices opening his eyes to see who was talking to him. Our baby boy fought, he made us the happiest parents ever. I am asking if anyone can find it in their hearts to donate to help lay our son to rest give our Angel the proper funeral he deserves. With Gods grace and all of you, I know this blessing can happen. We greatly appreciate anything you can donate to help my baby boy. This is a tragic event none of us were expecting due to him doing so well then he took a turn for the worst. If you can't donate we understand, you can help us by sharing this and make it spread to help our Angel Jodie Ramos. We hope to lay our baby to rest so we can grieve and find peace in our hearts. We know our baby gained his wings and is with his loved ones in heaven. Thank you so much and God Bless you all. Gregory Ramos & Jasmin Miranda
