Letting them go from the physical to the spiritual is a struggle even when it is for their best. Mom waited till I came by to share her last moments with me as she called my name and pointed out into the distance; look Jorina she said - Look. As I turned my gaze to see, she took her leave. Thank you Mommy for waiting to spend your last moments with me. I am Thankful. Filled with every emotion and no emotion all at once, I am comforted to know: To be absent from the body is to be present with Our Lord. Mom, my best friend - bye-bye for now. Rest in eternal peace.
