Please help Eileen Carol MacNeil Villavicencio!
She is in our class of Phillips Exeter Academy 199 and needs our help. This is her how her story began from Eileen's perspective:
"I was returning from our yearly mother/daughter bonding through the Key West Food & Wine Festival. Right before boarding the flight, I became dizzy and my entire left side went completely numb. This was 2/3/19. I couldn't walk straight. This is not totally unusual for Key West. When I got to Jacksonville, they had to use a wheelchair to get me to the exit. My husband took me to work the next day but I was sent home because I couldn't stand without holding on to the wall. So I have not worked since furlough (weekend before Christmas). I also lost all my insurance."
Connie Trimble has been wonderful about Eileen and we have exchanged thoughts. Eileen actually called me yesterday and we were on the phone for way more than an hour! I feel like she needed someone to talk with (cancer survivor three times here ) and I want to be there for here because she has not received good news. It is all there - cancer has spread, insurance almost nothing, and they appear to be financially strapped. The stories continue …
So what can we do? I would love to be able to help her financially. I think this would mean the world to her and so much as a gift from her class.
What do you think you can give?!?! Let us see what we can do!!!
