Help Keep Our Case Against NW Cryobank Afloat!
Donation protected
Many of you have read about my story in the NYT or watched me on CBS News. Back in January 2019 I was threatened with $20,000 in “liquidated damages” by NW Cryobank for DNA testing my donor conceived daughter and reaching out to a genetic match that consented to contact through the DNA website. To top it off, they have revoked ownership to the sperm vials I have in storage for future children (full siblings) without any contractual right to do so.
This lawsuit against NW is the first of its kind (that we know of) and has the potential to set precedent. It will challenge the cryobank’s unfair contracts and bring much needed attention to the unethical and unregulated practices of the sperm banking industry.
This case will fail without the support of the community. Please consider donating or sharing the link!
