Dakota’s D*ck Surgery Aftercare

Hello, my name is Dakota Grey. Im a socialist organizer in Philadelphia, fighting for just that for all of the working class. As part of being a socialist, I believe everyone has the right to housing, education, employment, safety, and healthcare. We live under an exploitative system that makes it hard for people like me to get the procedures we need to live our lives. I’m also transgender male, about to begin the final stage of my transition, phalloplasty (and all the bells and whistles), in Spring 2020, at John Hopkins Hospital. I’m lucky enough that due to Pennsylvania healthcare laws, my surgery will be covered. However, that still leaves my rent, bills, medical supplies, travel expenses, and caretaker expenses. The surgery will consist of 3 stages, barring any complications, and take place over a year. During that time I will be out of work for a total of 4 months, while I heal. This money is to cover my rent, bills, travel expenses to and from Baltimore, medical supplies, and compensation for caretakers for me. I’m asking for what I cannot save myself over the next six months. If you can contribute, it’ll be greatly appreciated so I can take care of myself while healing. Thank you so much.
