My name is Jerry Lewis. I have been a friend of The Koza Family for many years. For over 30 years, Vince has touched the lives of many families on TV as well as radio in Lima, Ohio. Vince was diagnosed with kidney cancer last Saturday. He and his family’s lives are forever changed. I am asking for donations to help with travel, food, hotels, bills and all of the other expenses related to his condition.
