Robert Smith, Former UNLV Runnin Rebel

Former UNLV Runnin’ Rebel Legend and radio host Robert Smith suffered a severe stroke Tuesday, October 1, 2019. Many who are part of the basketball family know of Robert’s accomplishments with the 1977 UNLV Final Four team as well as in the NBA and oversees. He has been a coach and mentor to countless in the Las Vegas community and beyond. We his family are requesting your prayers during what will be a long and difficult recovery for this amazing man. Additionally, we are requesting your participation financially to help pay for mounting medical expenses for Robert and his wife Gloria is currently battling breast cancer. Any donation to his cause will be extremely appreciated. Our goal is to raise $100,000.00 Robert is a strong man that means so much to so many.
